When we were thinking about building a house 5 years ago, some of the things we were looking for were: 1) a nice neighborhood that was located close-ish to stores, 2) a house plan we liked, and 3) a decent size yard (that we could afford). We love our neighborhood, we like our house (except for the funky stairs down to the basement), the stores just keep coming (an Olive Garden soon. Yippee!), and we did get a good size yard. Put down the wrong kind of grass that just won't fill in, a vegetable garden, and a corner parking strip with a rock garden, and you have enough yard work to keep us busy.
Last weekend's project was the inadequate sprinklers. Luckily, Jason had some extra help.
